US orders (48 contiguous states) over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping. You must be at or over $100 after discounts and before taxes to be eligible for the free shipping.
International and Non-Continental US orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Processing Times:
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 p.m. (EST) will generally ship out that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) will generally be processed and shipped the next business day (M-F). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
Our warehouse aims to turn around orders as quickly as possible; most ship out within 24 hours of ordering, but please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment. We sometimes need more product from replenishment stock, adding a day to fulfillment time. Please allow up to 3 business days during busy shopping seasons as well (around new releases, holidays, etc...).
Order Transit Times:
Transit times for your order will be determined by the service you requested at the time of purchase, the size and weight of your order, and your delivery zip code. Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days once processed/shipped. Our warehouse uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx to pick the best option based on the service requested. These estimates are in addition to order processing times.
- Free Shipping - Orders shipped with the free shipping option will take up to 10 days for delivery once it leaves the warehouse.
- Standard Shipping - Orders shipped with Standard Shipping take up to 7 days for delivery once it leaves the warehouse.
- Priority Shipping - These orders will take up to 3 days for delivery once it leaves the warehouse. These orders also get Priority processing at the warehouse.
- Express Shipping - These orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air and will take 1 business day for delivery once it leaves the warehouse. These orders also get Priority processing at the warehouse.
Please note that we cannot control the individual carriers' transit times once orders leave the warehouse. Weather events and other weirdness in logistics are outside of our control.
Also, please note that USPS has recently marked some packages as delivered before they really are. These packages generally appear within 2-3 business days of the delivery notification. If you get a delivery notification, but nothing has shown up yet, just give it another few days and check with your neighbors, central mail location (if in an apartment building/complex), etc.. in case it was mistakenly left in the wrong box/porch. We see 99.9% of the USPS delivery issues cleared up this way.

Returns and Exchanges:
It's always nice to have a caddie, so here are a few helpful tips if you have issues with this order.
First off, if you need to make an exchange or return because you received the wrong item and/or your item arrived damaged, reach out directly to Casey@nolayingup.com so we can get you back on pace as quickly as possible.
We do not offer free returns and exchanges on international orders. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or issues with your international order.
For all other US-based exchanges & returns, you can start the FREE process by visiting the NLU Return Center: https://no-laying-up.loopreturns.com/#/
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 35 days of fulfillment. We offer a longer timeline during the Holiday season - orders from Nov 11 - Dec 25 can be returned through the end of January.
- When you start a return, once you have chosen your reason for returning, you will see a menu to either Exchange for a new size of the same item or process a Return/Choose a new item.
Choose “Exchange” to get the same product in a different size.
Choose “Exchange for a different item OR Return for refund/store credit” to return for a refund or choose a new item from the shop. Your return credit can be applied to a more expensive item, and if you choose a less expensive option for exchange, you will be refunded the difference.
Follow the instructions on each screen after hitting continue to complete your exchange or return.
Exchanges orders are placed in the system once you take your return package to the post office and it is scanned into transit. The sooner you get your return to the post office, the sooner your exchange will ship.
Shipping Tracking number issues:
Each order will receive a shipping confirmation email once it is packed and has a tracking number assigned.
Click on the “View your order” button to be taken to the order details page, where you will see the status of the shipment as well as the tracking number.
If you are getting any tracking number that doesn't work when you click the link, copy and paste the number from the shipping information page into Google Search or Chrome Browser and click on the tracking option that pops up there.
If your tracking # begins with LTN, it is being shipped through Landmark Global. You can track those shipments by entering the tracking number on this site.
Shipping delays to the U.K. and Ireland (and the rest of the world):
If you're international and your package is taking a long to arrive, it's likely sitting at your local post office/FedEx station, where you may need to pay customs duty if the tracking number says it's arrived. We try to ship as many international orders as possible using DDP services, but sometimes those options are not available to us depending on the country of delivery. Sorry about the headache; international shipping is tough for a #SmallShop like us.
We do have a stockist who serves the U.K.: Double Plateau GC. You can order select NLU merchandise and have it shipped domestically to you in the U.K. from their site. We also have exclusive merchandise for Australia/NZ at Angus + Grace Go Golfing.

Can I cancel/change my order after it's been placed?
Our warehouse works very quickly to put things into motion once you place your order, which means we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed.
Help! My shipping address is wrong!
If you received your order confirmation email and see that you chose the wrong shipping address, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the correct address and we can get it sorted for you (as long as the order has not shipped yet).
